SHIPPING

Shipping fee will normally be about $30 for middle-sized bag.
But, shipping fee varies depending on size and weight.
We basically ship by Fedex.
If you want us to ship by DHL, please let us know.

Delivery Timescale

Items will be shipped out within 3 business days after the payment is received
Items usually take approximately 3-10 business days to be delivered
Items could take a little longer to be delivered due to:
- Adverse weather
- Seasonality: Any seasonal events such as public holidays
- Customs Timescales: A delay due to the item being processed at the customs office

Packing

We wrap the item with cushioning material.
Pack it in recycled packing materials and boxes or Fedex packaging, not official brand box.
